Safety First

DECO’s priority is safety for everyone involved. We do this through training, awareness, and the consistent implementation of empowering team members to be accountable to themselves and others. A full-time Safety Officer and team leader engages with all parties through on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and daily tailgate safety topics.

Our goal is to meet or exceed all safety requirements for our team members.

The Safety Officer is responsible for adhering to and researching changing regulations where applicable. We consistently look for ways to improve safety while adhering to all OSHA and any other applicable regulatory guidelines. We accomplish this by continuing education and seeking the safest alternatives in the industry.
